Google Reader Modification

It boggles my mind that Google hasn't put something similar to page rank into GReader. I have the burden of wanting to read information from about 15 RSS feeds. Its insanely time-consuming to filter those mentally, literally hours worth of reading. I would like to see optional filtering available. This rudimentary filtering could involve two simple metrics:

1. Number of times you visit a site's feed.
2. Keyword matching.

Each of these can be learned via unfiltered use. Some snazzy probability could generate a ranking of each feed, which could accomplish number one's metric. Sets of popular keywords and keyword sequences could also be used to perform number two's metric.

IMO, this is vital for an rss portal.
